* Masters'' degree in Nursing, feed Healthcare Administration or Business preferred. Education, including Licensure / Certification / Registration. MINIMUM feed POSITION REQUIREMENTS. * Serves as a resource and consultant to the COO and other representatives of administration and physician group leadership to ensure collaboration, communication and compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, systems and processes associated with routine operations throughout the system.
* Manages, mentors and develops assigned Practice Managers and ensures their collaborative work with the physician site leader or department chair to share responsibility, accountability and authority relative to department or site processes and ensure positive outcomes as set by annual organization, deparatment, EOW and budget goals. * Evaluates, recommends system and service improvements, and implements changes in physician offices and sites assigned to them pursuant to the annual goals set forth for Advanced Access, Pay for Performance, and patient, physician and feed employee satisfaction. The Director is also responsbile for the development of individuals, teams, and working units to ensure operations effectiveness including technical, clinical and clerical accurancy and efficiency. TheDirector of Operationsis accountable for all planning, activities, outcomes and results in feed the department or divisions assigned to them.
